Data will be automatically synchronized, regardless of whether you make changes in your Rackbeat or directly in the POS module. That means that all changes, for example, a new sale, will be visible in both your Rackbeat agreement and your POS module.  

Use your existing hardware
If you already have a PC, receipt printer, or any other type of hardware, you can easily use those with the POS module. Therefore, you only need to assess whether your current hardware is sufficient or if you need an upgrade.

Automatic bookkeeping
With access to our POS module, end-of-day bookkeeping of sales is unnecessary. The system ensures that sales are automatically bookkept in the bookkeeping system, that you already use. Therefore, when the store is closed and the workday is over, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your financial statements are correct.

Complete customer records
All your or your employees’ activities will be automatically saved. That means that you always have control over your customer data and have a complete overview of their historical data. The complete customer records enable you to easily and intelligently customize customer activities.

Send SMS easily
You can easily and automatically inform your customers on their phones when their order is received. This frees you from having to keep track of all orders in transit and manually send text messages to your customers.
