Can we use the phone for audio since I don't have sound on my computer?
Yes, of course. The most important thing is that you can see our screen.
Can we get an in-person presentation instead of an online one?
You are always welcome to visit us at our address if you’d like to meet in person. Feel free to email us directly at sales@rackbeat.com if you’d like to arrange an in-person meeting.
Can we use Teams for the meeting?
By default, we use Google Meet for our meetings. If you’d prefer to use Teams, you can easily book a meeting and email your contact person (whose email address you’ll find in your booking confirmation) to request that the meeting be held via Teams.
Can we have a phone meeting?
Yes, absolutely. Just book a meeting and send an email to your contact person (whose email address is listed in your booking confirmation) to request a phone meeting.
Do I need to use my credit card to book a demo?
No, we do not ask for any card or payment information when you book. It’s a completely free of charge meeting with no strings attached, so you can easily choose a time that suits you.
