Warehouse employees don’t necessarily have the same functionality needs as the warehouse manager. That’s why we have developed an add-on module specifically for the workflows of warehouse employees.
The mobile user module provides you with access to Rackbeat’s mobile app, making it easier for both iPhone and Android users to keep track of the inventory. With a simple click on the Rackbeat icon on your phone, you can pick, pack, and register items, perform inventory counts and carry out inventory adjustments, allowing warehouse work and administration to be handled on the go.
The app is continuously updated and ensures seamless integration with the administration, allowing you to bid farewell to manual, paper-based inventory procedures and welcome a smooth digital workflow.
You will also have access to the mobile app with the Premium package – meaning 1 mobile user per Premium user. If you log in with the same user on two devices, one device will lose access. So if multiple employees need access to a mobile user, or if the Rackbeat application needs to be used simultaneously with the mobile app, you’ll need to either purchase an additional premium user (99 USD /month) or a mobile user (39 USD/month).
You can download the app from the App Store if you have an iPhone and from Google Play if you have an Android phone.
You can purchase a mobile user at any time, regardless of whether you have a basic or premium subscription.
How to Try the Add-on Module
When you click “Try the System for 14 Days,” you first need to create a login, after which you will receive an agreement number. Then you gain access to the entire system; however, not the specific add-on module.
To access the add-on module, hover your mouse over your username in the upper right corner and go to “User settings.” Then click on “Add-ons” on the left-hand side. From here, you can install the add-on module.
NOTE: If you already have an active Rackbeat user and wish to try the add-on module, you must create a new free user account. If you follow the instructions above with your existing account, you will be registered as an active paying user.

You can easily and quickly pick and pack orders from the warehouse directly on your smartphone under the “Pick & Pack” tab. The picking lists and packing slips are right at your fingertips, so you don’t have to spend time going back and forth between your laptop and the warehouse shelves. Once the entire order has been picked and packed, the order status will automatically be updated in Rackbeat, making it ready for shipment.
Quick Inventory Counting and Adjustments
With the mobile app, you or your employees can count or adjust the inventory directly from the smartphone under the “Counting” and “Adjustments” tabs. This makes it easy to gain an overview of the products your company have in stock. With a direct connection to your Rackbeat account, the information will automatically be synchronized to and from the mobile app and the Rackbeat app.
Complete Control over Goods Receipts and Orders
You can easily register your goods receipts from your mobile device as soon as the boxes or pallets of goods are delivered to you, under the “Receipt” tab. You will also have a clear overview of your purchase orders, suppliers and desired delivery dates.
