Order Statistics is based on the orders themselves – not individual items broken out separately – giving you the full picture per order.
For each order, you can see:
• Total revenue per order
• Total cost of goods sold per order
• Contribution margin per order
See What’s in Your Pipeline
Do you have many open orders? With Order Statistics, you can easily gain insight into:
• Which orders are still open
• The potential revenue tied up in open orders
• The expected contribution margin of open orders
This gives you a strong overview of your current pipeline and helps you plan liquidity, purchasing, and resources.
Filter by employee and performance
Do you have sales representatives or multiple employees creating orders? You can filter the report by employee and view:
• How much each sales representative has sold
• The revenue tied up in each sales representative’s open orders
• The contribution margin generated by each sales representative’s orders
This gives you a concrete tool for performance tracking and sales management – based on real data.
Analyze specific periods
You can also filter by date and analyze a specific period. For example:
• Which orders were completed in a specific period (e.g., December)
• The total revenue in a selected period (e.g., last quarter)
• The number of open orders right now
This makes it easy to track developments over time and compare your order data with the rest of your order management processes.
