Account Manager DK - Rackbeat - Copenhagen - Fulltime

Vi søger en dedikeret Account Manager til vores danske salgsteam. Du vil være direkte ansvarlig for at sikre at alle leads bliver kontaktet professionelt og optimalt gennem opsøgende kontakt.

Den ideelle kandidat har tidligere salgserfaring fra lignende stilling, eller anden kundeorienteret rolle. Vi forventer, at du er en pålidelig, professionel og salgsmindet person, der er i stand til at balancere en kundeorientering og en resultatorienteret tilgang. Dit overordnede mål er at identificere og evt. lukke potentielle kunder, partnere og styrke disse relation og opbygge langsigtede rentable relationer.

Du vil være en vigtig del af et et salgsteam, men det forventes også du kan samarbejde på tværs af marketing, customer succes og tech.

Ansvarsområder: 

  • Have direkte kontakt til slutkunder 
  • Daglig kontakt til eksisterende kunder (egen kundeportfølje) samt etablering af kontakt til potentielle nye kunder
  • Bygge og vedligeholde salgspipeline mod danske kunder, som sikre at KPI opnås.
  • Styring og strukturering af pipeline med hjælp fra marketingskampagner, partnersales og outbound aktiviteter.
  • Kunne skabe sin egen pipeline
  • At udfordre og rådgive vores kunder med det formål at give dem de bedste forudsætninger for at benytte vores produkter/services 
  • Styring af den fulde salgscyklus mod et lead.
  • Daglig tæt dialog med salgsteamet og den øvrige organisation.

Vi forventer at du har/kan: 

  • Kommunikere sprogligt og skriftlig på dansk, gerne også engelsk
  • Erfaring fra lignende stillinger
  • Trives med at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer
  • Har et drive til at opnå sine budgetter
  • Erfaring i at styre en pipeline og arbejde i CRM systemer/arbejde med data
  • Teamplayer som tidligere har arbejdet med/lykkes i teamwork.
  • Ønsker for at lære Rackbeat/WMS space, samt eco-systemet omkring Rackbeat
  • Passioneret, målrettet og ambitiøs
  • Flair for IT, apps og online værktøjer
  • Selvdisciplineret og salgsminded

      Customer Success (Swedish Market)

      Do you love customer service and do you speak Swedish? Then it might be you we are looking for. Our goal is to offer our clients a unique service in both products and dialogue. To reach that goal, we are now expanding our Customer Success Team, so we can offer a unique 360 degree Rackbeat customer experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service, but most importantly you are passionate about helping, you breathe service and have a solution-oriented behaviour. In this position there will be direct customer contact via phone, email and chat. Besides offering a best in class live-support, we also want to offer our clients a full suite of self-help via support videos, webinars and articles. Your task here will be to get our clients off to a good start, as well as help create the best helpdesk universe. We expect you to be a reliable professional who thrives in teams where we all work towards the same goal “happy customers”. You will be a part of our support team, but it is also expected that you can collaborate across marketing, sales and tech. 

       

      Responsibilities:

      • Direct contact with end customers.

      • Daily contact to existing customers via phone, chat and email (Support is open 9 to 15).

      • To challenge and advise our customers with the goal of giving them the best conditions to use our products/services. 

      • Daily close cooperation with our Support Team and the rest of the organization. 

      • Support customers from problem to solution, while also ensuring a good atmosphere at all stages. 

       

      Our expectations: 

      • Communicate fluently in Swedish both written and verbally, and preferably also in English

      • Experience from similar position

      • Loves customer contact and loves to communicate with customers both in writing and orally. 

      • Can keep a cool head and have an overview to handle several cases at the same time. 

      • Eager to optimize the customer experience

      • Team player who has previously worked with and succeeded in team work
