Senior Account Executive - Rackbeat - Copenhagen - Fulltime

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Executive to help with business opportunity spotting and management of Rackbeat’s Norwegian customer relationships. 

The candidate will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have sales experience or a similar customer-oriented role. We expect you to be a reliable professional, who is able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects, partners, and new clients and solidify this into long-term profitable relationships.

You will be joining a team of 20 dedicated and enthusiastic professionals, with an HQ base in the heart of Copenhagen with Nyhavn as our beloved neighbor. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline of Norwegian prospects

  • Proactively  ensuring a healthy pipeline with the help of Marketing’s campaigns, partners, and outbound activity

  • Present the Rackbeat solution to prospective clients through online demo’s

  • Run full sales cycles, negotiating, creating agreements, and keeping records of all sales- and data in Pipedrive

  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships

  • Work closely with the  Rackbeat sales team whilst being open to unforeseen tasks as being part of a start-up company

We imaging you have/are:

  • Native Norwegian or fully fluent in Norwegian

  • Proven experience in similar sales / customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, strong ability to build relationships and win deals

  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating methods

  • Solid experience working with data, tasks, and CRM system (e.g. Pipedrive)

  • Strong capability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication-, problem-solving-, and team management skills

  • Native Written and spoken Norwegian skills, any other languages are a plus

  • Readiness to learn the Rackbeat application, the WMS space, and the eco-system around Rackbeat

Marketing Assistant - Rackbeat - Copenhagen - Part-time - Student

Are you Born to Write? Do you love digital marketing, especially content marketing? And do you understand the intersection between a digital strategy, content marketing, branding, distribution strategy, and target audience? The read-along, you may be the one. 

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing assistant who is passionate about producing digital content, which aids in achieving both short-term, long-term, tangible and intangible KPIs.  

Tasks: 

  • Produce online content (e.g. blog

  • Execute and manage Rackbeat’s digital marketing in collaboration with our  Head of Growth

  • Own and initiate projects e.g. Google ad campaign 

  • Unpaid SoMe content

  • SEO optimization

  • Assist in PPC Budget planning & ongoing optimization  

  • Newsletter production

  • Manage and optimize paid SoMe marketing campaigns in collaboration with our agency

  • Help in developing our digital customer journey – including optimizing and activating digital touchpoints 

Competencies required: 

  • Responsible and self-driven

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks

  • Structured and detail-oriented 

  • Amazing ability to work with deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of tech, marketing, and finance 

  • Positive and energetic attitude

We have brought together business-, quant- and IT professionals into a collaborative developing organization, that is anchored directly with current market demands.
